Cocktails of the Golden Age

1525

The Guillotine of the Soul
“The Guillotine of the Soul” is the name given to Absinthe by Dr. Valentin Magnan in 1869 after research in the libation’s effects. This cocktail is inspired to take mind to another dimension with the Absinthe and heal the body at the same time with our Angelica Root Kombucha.
Burdel
Our mucilage cocktail is made from our atmospheric pressure distillation of the protective skin of the cocoa fruit that protects the seed.
Micelio
This cocktail is inspired to reflect mushroom’s Mycelium network’s connection and harmony with other beings around it. Our homemade pulque is infused with soursop and our destilation of shitake mushroom and corn sprouts
